The LG GDK phone system sends SMDR information via a serial connection. You will need to directly connect a serial cable from the LG GDK phone system to the PC that NetPBX is installed and running on.

However, As the LG GDK doesn't have the SMDR output enabled by defalutdefault, so you will need to speak with your phone system maintainer to enable the SMDR logs for outgoing, incoming and abandoned calls.

Installing NetPBX

The LG GDK phone system sends SMDR information via a serial connection. To collect the data from the serial port and send it to TIM Plus, you will first need to install the NetPBX software. For setup instructions, click on the link below:

Once NetPBX is configured and collecting data, log on in to TIM Plus as usual and apply perform the following settingssteps:

1. Click on the Directory tab.
2. Select Choose the site configured during the setup wizard you want to configure and clickProperties.

3. Within In the Site Properties window, select LG GDK from the PBX model drop-down list.
4. In the Connection method field, select No connection required from the drop-down list.
5. Click on the Save button to apply the settings.
