Using the CAT (Customer Administration Terminal) enter the following settings in the system-programming mode, enter the following settings:

If SMDR for incoming calls is enabled, specify whether it applies to all incoming calls or only to those with Account Codes. Include ANI/Caller ID for incoming calls.

Tip

NOTE 1: The ANI/Caller ID is required to provide SMDR for incoming calls, even if this feature is enabled by CM13+05 and CM35+49.

NOTE 2: Use CDR formats #501 (2400 IMS), #505 (2000 IPS), #506 (2000 IVS).

Once NetPBX is configured and collecting data, log on in to TIM Plus as usual and apply perform the following settingssteps below:

  1. Click on the Directory tab.
  2. Select Choose the site configured during the setup wizard you want to configure and clickProperties.

  3. Within the Site Properties window, select NEC NEAX from the PBX model drop-down list.
  4. In the Connection method field, select No connection required from the drop-down list.
  5. Click on the Save button to apply the settings.
