The BT Versatility outputs its SMDR data by via a serial V24/RS232 port.  The The default communications communication parameters for this serial connection are:

  1. Click on the Directory tab.
  2. Choose the site you want to configure and click  click Properties.

  4. In the Connection method field, select No connection required from the drop-down list.
