What is a site?

A The function of a site object is the top hierarchical level of your directory and its main function is to provides to acquire call logging data in TIM Plus. If you have more than one telephone system in your organisation, you will need to add a separate site object for each telephone system you want to logfrom a telephone system, as well as serving as a representation of a hierarchical level in your organisation. TIM Plus allows the logging of data from up to five sites to be logged. If you have telephone systems and a site object must be configured for each one.

Deleting a site

Warning

PLEASE NOTE: When you are deleting delete a site, you are deleting all the information contained within that site: user groups, including its users and the channels, and any calls associated with those usersitems!

To delete a site from the Directory, select the site object you would like want to remove and , then click on the Properties button, as shown below:
