Deleting a channel group

When you are deleting delete a channel group, you are deleting all the information contained within that group, including all channels and the calls associated with those channels! |
To remove a channel group from the Directory, select the group you want to remove and click on the button. In the Channel properties window that will open, click on the button to remove the user channel from the Directory; a confirmation will be required, to prevent users being deleted accidentally.
