These instructions describe how to connect your TIM Plus system to a CallSwitch One account, allowing you to log and analyse your phonecalls.phone calls.
Connection type
This connection requires an OpenCDR subscription as it's a Cloud service.
Add CallSwitchOne to TIM.
- Click on the 'Directory' tab in TIM Plus as shown below.
2. Click on the 'Add' button and select 'Cloud service' as shown.
3. Select 'Cloud service' from the drop-down list.
